Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy
We are committed to providing excellent after-sales service. All products are covered by the official manufacturer warranty (period follows the brand’s official policy).
• Any return, exchange or warranty claim must be accompanied by the original invoice / e-invoice
• Original packaging, accessories, gifts and documents must be complete
• We provide manufacturer warranty service. Refund is generally not available – repair or identical replacement only
Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable Situations
- Purchase date exceeds the official warranty period
- Unable to provide valid proof of purchase (order number / invoice)
- Damage caused by misuse, liquid, drop, modification or improper handling
- Visible signs of use, scratches, stains or odour
- Missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty card or gifts
- Consumable items that have been opened or used
- Any complimentary free gifts
In case of any dispute, Connecty Brands Limited reserves the right of final decision.
Warranty Procedure
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, fault description and photos/videos
- We will reply the same day whether the item needs to be returned for inspection
- If return is required, please send/post the item back together with the original invoice or bring it to our store in person
- Once inspected, we will arrange manufacturer repair or identical replacement as soon as possible
