Order status, payment status, and shipping status
We have set up the following order status, payment status and delivery status in the order for your reference, so that everyone can know the order status, and can check the delivery notice after receiving the goods!

 <Order Status>
Processing - When the order has been placed, the payment has not been completed, and waiting for your payment will be converted to "confirmed"
Acknowledged - When we receive the payment, we will convert the order to "confirmed" and we will place an order for you immediately.
Completed - When the goods have arrived in Hong Kong and have been ordered "shipped" or "taken", the order will be converted to "completed"
<payment status>
Unpaid - just placed the order, the payment status will be set to "not paid"
Paid - When you pay by credit card, it will automatically be converted to "Payment". Or have passed the bank and will be converted to "paid"
Refunded - When you have paid, the order has been closed due to out of stock or the promotion period and a refund has been arranged
<Delivery Status>
Stocking - Preparing products in the waiting order to arrive in Hong Kong
Shipped - The goods in the order have arrived in Hong Kong and delivered by SF Express to complete the order.
Arrived - The goods in the order have arrived in Hong Kong, waiting for you to pick up the goods directly at the store.
Picked up - You have picked up the item at the store and will change to "Received" to indicate that the order has been completed.
